To translate your documents, your uploaded document content is transmitted to Google Gemini AI, a third-party AI service provider. During this process:
- Only your uploaded document content is sent to Google Gemini AI; no other personal data (such as name, email, or device identifiers) is included in the transmission
- Data is encrypted during transmission using industry-standard protocols
- Documents are processed solely for the purpose of generating your requested translation
- Uploaded documents are not permanently stored by Google Gemini AI after translation is complete
- Google Gemini AI does not use your documents for training AI models, advertising, or any purpose other than fulfilling your translation request
- Before your document is sent to Google Gemini AI for the first time, the app will display a clear notice explaining this data transfer and request your explicit consent. You may choose not to proceed, in which case your document will not be transmitted.

- RevenueCat: For in-app purchase and subscription management. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier and purchase transaction data to manage your credits and subscription status.
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For payment processing (subject to their respective Privacy Policies). We never have access to your credit card or payment information.

- Why it is sent: Google Gemini AI processes your document to generate a translated version in your selected target language while preserving the original formatting.
- What happens after: After translation is complete, your uploaded document is not permanently stored by Google Gemini AI.
- Your consent: Before your document is sent to Google Gemini AI for the first time, the app will display a clear data sharing notice and request your explicit consent. You can choose to decline, and your document will not be sent.
We confirm that Google provides equivalent data protection measures and does not use your uploaded documents for purposes other than fulfilling your translation request.
